BreadHead.ai helps business owners use a managed AI agent department to get real business work done while the owner stays in the driver seat.

BreadHead uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These safeguards may include access controls, account controls, operational procedures, and service-provider practices appropriate for the type of information and service.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. BreadHead cannot guarantee absolute security, and customers should use care when deciding what information to share, what systems to connect, and what access to approve.
Customers are responsible for keeping their own credentials secure, using appropriate account permissions, removing access when it is no longer needed, and backing up important systems, files, and data.
BreadHead keeps customer information while the customer is a client. When the client relationship ends, BreadHead keeps the customer's server and information for 3 months and then permanently deletes them. A customer who returns within that 3 month window can pick up where they left off, though earlier pricing may no longer apply. BreadHead may keep limited records longer when needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect systems, or maintain necessary business records.
When information is no longer needed, BreadHead may delete, anonymize, archive, or otherwise handle it according to its operational needs and legal obligations.
