Overview

BreadHead.ai helps business owners use a managed AI agent department to get real business work done while the owner stays in the driver seat.

This Privacy Policy explains what information BreadHead collects, how BreadHead uses it, how it may be shared, and what choices people may have. This Policy applies to BreadHead's website, services, tools, agents, workflows, automations, integrations, communications, and related offerings.

When this Policy says "BreadHead," "we," "us," or "our," it means CARJER LLC doing business as BreadHead. When this Policy says "customer," "you," or "your," it means a person or business that visits the website, contacts BreadHead, buys a service, uses a service, connects a tool, sends information, or otherwise interacts with BreadHead.

Information We Collect

BreadHead may collect information that people provide directly, information created through use of the service, and information from connected tools or service providers.

Information we may collect includes:

  • Contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, Telegram username, chat ID, company name, and role.
  • Business information, such as website URL, business goals, offers, workflows, customer information, brand assets, documents, and tool setup details.
  • Customer files, such as CSV files, uploads, notes, prompts, messages, instructions, approvals, and other files a customer chooses to share.
  • Account and service information, such as onboarding answers, support requests, task history, approvals, project notes, and service records.
  • Connected app data, when a customer chooses to connect third-party tools or services through an API or other integration.
  • Stripe-related information, when needed to support billing or connected workflows. BreadHead may connect to Stripe through the Stripe API, but BreadHead does not store actual card numbers or full payment details.
  • Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, cookies, pixels, and analytics events when those tools are active.
  • Communications, such as emails, form submissions, support tickets, chat messages, meeting notes, and customer calls.
  • AI service inputs and outputs, such as prompts, instructions, files, generated drafts, summaries, reports, task results, workflow records, and approval history.

BreadHead may also receive information from a customer, an authorized user, a connected account, a third-party tool, or another person acting on the customer's behalf.

How We Collect Information

BreadHead may collect information when someone:

  • Visits the website.
  • Fills out a form.
  • Books a call.
  • Buys or uses a BreadHead service.
  • Sends an email, message, support request, or file.
  • Connects third-party tools or accounts.
  • Joins an onboarding flow, support process, group call, or customer interview.
  • Uses BreadHead agents, workflows, automations, integrations, or connected tools.
  • Gives BreadHead access to business systems, customer files, brand assets, support records, marketing assets, development environments, analytics accounts, payment tools, or other work systems.

How We Use Information

BreadHead may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Provide, manage, operate, and improve BreadHead services.
  • Set up and operate AI agents, workflows, integrations, automations, and service processes.
  • Create drafts, reports, summaries, recommendations, assets, and other business work product.
  • Manage billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and account status.
  • Provide support and respond to service requests.
  • Send service messages, updates, account notices, support messages, and administrative notices.
  • Send marketing messages where allowed by law.
  • Measure website, content, campaign, and service performance.
  • Protect systems, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve security.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights.

BreadHead may also use customer information to improve that customer's setup, templates, workflows, documentation, prompts, task routing, and service quality. BreadHead does not use customer data to train public AI models.

AI Tools and Service Providers

BreadHead may use AI tools, software tools, automation tools, cloud providers, communication tools, billing tools, analytics tools, development tools, file tools, collaboration tools, and other service providers to deliver the service. These providers may process information on BreadHead's behalf when needed to provide the service.

Examples may include providers for:

  • AI model access and AI-assisted work.
  • CRM and customer support.
  • Email, messaging, and communication.
  • Website hosting, security, and content management.
  • Analytics, tracking, and marketing tools.
  • Automation, coding, file storage, and collaboration.
  • Billing and subscription management.
  • Third-party apps and services the customer chooses to connect.

BreadHead works to limit information shared with providers to what is needed for the service.

Because BreadHead can support many integrations, this Policy does not list every possible connected app. If a customer chooses to connect a tool, that tool's own privacy policy and terms may also apply.

Cookies and Analytics

BreadHead uses the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager on the website to understand traffic, measure campaigns, and support marketing.

BreadHead may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising tools, and similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve the website, measure campaigns, support marketing, and improve the service.

Visitors may be able to control tracking through browser settings, cookie tools, or platform settings.

How We Share Information

BreadHead may share information with:

  • Service providers that help operate the business and deliver the service.
  • Billing, communication, CRM, support, hosting, analytics, security, AI, automation, development, file storage, and collaboration providers.
  • Third-party tools or services the customer chooses to connect.
  • Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, consultants, and other advisors.
  • Government or legal authorities if required by law.
  • A buyer or successor if BreadHead is involved in a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of business assets.

BreadHead does not sell personal information as a core business model.

BreadHead does not claim that customer information is never processed by third-party providers. Some providers may process information when needed to deliver the service, operate the website, support billing, support communications, or run connected workflows.

AI Training and Customer Data

BreadHead does not use customer data to train public AI models.

BreadHead may use customer information to provide services to that customer, operate requested workflows, improve that customer's setup, troubleshoot issues, maintain service quality, document work, and support approved service processes.

If a connected AI model, software provider, or third-party service has its own data practices, those practices may also apply to the extent the customer or BreadHead uses that provider for the customer's work. BreadHead works to use providers in ways that fit the service and limit unnecessary sharing.

Data Security

BreadHead uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These safeguards may include access controls, account controls, operational procedures, and service-provider practices appropriate for the type of information and service.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. BreadHead cannot guarantee absolute security, and customers should use care when deciding what information to share, what systems to connect, and what access to approve.

Customers are responsible for keeping their own credentials secure, using appropriate account permissions, removing access when it is no longer needed, and backing up important systems, files, and data.

Data Retention

BreadHead keeps customer information while the customer is a client. When the client relationship ends, BreadHead keeps the customer's server and information for 3 months and then permanently deletes them. A customer who returns within that 3 month window can pick up where they left off, though earlier pricing may no longer apply. BreadHead may keep limited records longer when needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect systems, or maintain necessary business records.

When information is no longer needed, BreadHead may delete, anonymize, archive, or otherwise handle it according to its operational needs and legal obligations.

Your Choices

Depending on location and applicable law, people may be able to:

  • Request access to personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of certain information.
  • Opt out of marketing emails.
  • Limit or object to certain processing.
  • Request information about how personal information is used or shared.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required.

United States State Privacy Rights

Some United States state privacy laws provide rights to residents when a business meets certain legal thresholds. BreadHead may not meet all thresholds at launch, but users may still contact BreadHead with privacy questions or requests.

BreadHead will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.

Canadian and International Users

BreadHead is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where BreadHead or its providers operate.

For Canadian and international users, BreadHead will work to follow applicable privacy requirements where they apply to BreadHead.

Age Requirement

BreadHead services are for people who are at least 18 years old. BreadHead does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

BreadHead may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new last updated date. Continued use of the website or services after an update may mean the updated Policy applies, unless applicable law requires a different process.
